By using Firststudio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Firststudio responsibly and lawfully.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

• Posting harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person
• Scraping or harvesting data
• Using automated bots
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform

3.2 Contact Information Misuse

Studio owner contact details are strictly for professional communication related to bookings. Misuse will result in immediate suspension.

4. Platform Role & Limitations

Firststudio is a discovery and booking marketplace. We are not the service provider. Studios and creators listed on the platform are independent businesses.

We do not control:

• Studio quality or availability
• Pricing and policies
• Service delivery
• Studio behavior or professionalism

5. Studio Listings, Bookings & Transactions

5.1 Listings

Studio owners are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, truthful, and updated.

5.2 Booking Terms

• You must verify studio details before booking.
• Booking confirmations depend on studio acceptance.
• Firststudio is not responsible for cancellations from the studio side.

5.3 Studio Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and functional spaces.
• Fulfill all bookings honestly and professionally.
• Comply with local laws and safety regulations.

5.4 Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by each individual studio. Firststudio does not control or guarantee refunds.

6. Payment Gateway (Razorpay) & Financial Terms

Payments through the platform are processed securely via Razorpay. By using our Services, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policies.

• We do not store credit card or bank details.
• Payment disputes must be raised with Razorpay and/or the studio.
• Fees, commissions, and payouts may vary by region or transaction type.

7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Post fake bookings
• Leave fraudulent reviews
• Harass studio owners or creators
• Damage studio property
• Engage in illegal or unsafe activities

8. Content Ownership, Licensing & Intellectual Property

All platform content—including logos, design, code, text, and media—is owned by Firststudio or licensed to us.

8.1 User-Generated Content

By uploading content, you grant Firststudio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content.

9. Geolocation, Device Data & Permissions

We may collect GPS data, IP address, device identifiers, and app usage information for improving service accuracy and safety.

10. Reviews, Ratings & Content Moderation

• Reviews must be accurate and based on actual experiences.
• Fake, defamatory, or harmful reviews will be removed.
• Firststudio may moderate or delete any content at its discretion.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We comply with:

• GDPR (EU)
• CCPA (California)
• DPDPA (India)
• IT Act & Consumer Protection Act (India)

12. Third-Party Tools, APIs & External Services

Firststudio integrates third-party tools including payment gateways, analytics services, ads, and maps. We are not responsible for their terms, security, or behavior.

13. Service Availability, Errors & Platform Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firststudio shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or reputation
• Service interruptions or outages
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• Conduct of studios, creators, or other users
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Firststudio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or misuse of the platform.

17. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment or illegal conduct
• Payment issues
• Violation of these Terms

You may terminate your account anytime.

18. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, war, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
