Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy Overview

All payments on Firststudio are securely processed through Razorpay , our official payment gateway. Refunds for failed or incomplete transactions are automatically handled by Razorpay based on their policies.

If a payment is deducted but the order is not created, Razorpay typically issues a refund within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but order/service not created
  • Duplicate or multiple charges for the same transaction
  • Technical system failure during order processing
  • Unauthorized payment (after internal verification)

2.1 Valid Reasons for Requesting a Refund

  • Razorpay error during transaction
  • Incorrect charging due to system malfunction
  • Order not delivered due to platform malfunction
  • Failure to access digital services due to technical issues

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of digital products and instant activation, refunds are not provided in these situations:

  • QR Tag / digital product already generated
  • User entered incorrect details (name, phone, etc.)
  • Change of mind or voluntary cancellation
  • Service has already been used or accessed
  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behavior by the user

Once a digital product is created, it cannot be reversed — therefore, refunds cannot be issued.

4. Refund Timelines

Refund processing depends on your payment method:

  • UPI: 1–3 working days
  • Cards (Debit/Credit): 3–7 working days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 working days
  • Wallets: 1–3 working days
  • International Cards: 7–14 working days

Exact timelines depend on your bank and Razorpay’s settlement cycles.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank, Firststudio will supply required evidence. During the investigation:

  • Your account may be temporarily suspended
  • Access to services may be restricted
  • False disputes may lead to permanent account actions

6. Cancellation Policy

Firststudio provides instant access to digital services; therefore, cancellations are not allowed once the order is completed.

Cancellations may only be considered in rare, exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical failure preventing service activation
  • Regulatory or compliance issues

7. Digital Product Terms

Firststudio offers digital and non-returnable services including:

  • QR codes / QR tags
  • Digital IDs
  • Studio listings
  • Portfolio items
  • Premium features / subscriptions

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once generated. Refund exceptions apply only if a verified platform-side error prevented delivery.

8. National & International Availability

Firststudio's services may be available internationally. Pricing and payment options vary by region.

  • International users may experience extended refund timelines
  • Refunds are processed in INR; conversion handled by the customer’s bank
  • Cross-border fees are not controlled by Firststudio

9. User Responsibilities

By making a payment, users confirm:

  • They have reviewed all details before confirming payment
  • They are authorized to use the payment method
  • They will not misuse or falsely dispute payments
  • They understand digital products are non-refundable once delivered
